Practice Policy for the Coronavirus

As allied health professionals we have been informed that, as we are seen as providing essential mental health services to the public, we can continue to work from our office while practicing the hygiene and social distancing rules as specified by the Australian Government.

We have instigated cleaning measures after each session and are adhering to the social distancing guidelines.

If you wish to continue coming into the room to have your sessions we will be operating as usual until we are informed to do otherwise.

We fully support the idea of staying at home to reduce the spread and to protect yourself from the possibility of contracting the virus. So should you decide you would prefer to do your session remotely we have already started offering sessions via video and phone. Feel free at any point to let us know if that is your preference and we can start immediately meeting virtually.

Our cancellation policy remains at 48 hours or full payment will be expected as others will be missing the opportunity to have a session.

If you have any symptoms or are living with anyone who has symptoms we request that you do not come to the office but take a digital option.

If you are experiencing financial hardship due to the virus please talk to us about reducing your fee during this difficult time. We would like people to continue to have support while most in need.
